RETURN POLICY

Patagonia items are NOT eligible for exchanges or returns. Please double check to ensure that the correct size is ordered. If there are questions on sizing, please refer to size chart listed with items.

Lands' End returns are only eligible if the order date is within the last 90 days. Products eligible for returns include defective items (blown elbows, collars, fraying sleeves, etc.)

No Lands' End returns will be accepted after 90 days. 

 

No exchange/refund issued if:

• Team Member leaves Kocourek Automotive

• Wrong size item

• Clothing is defective after 90-day period
